We process your information in the following ways: We pass the contact details you have provided to the solicitor in your area, in order for them to contact you, to help with your enquiry.
 
Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. We retain your enquiry details for twelve months, from the date of your enquiry. This allows us to resend your enquiry to your solicitor, if requested to do so. You may withdraw consent at any time during this twelve months by contacting us by email info@interactive-law.co.uk
 
Sharing your information: We share your information with third parties, the solicitor/panel member in your postcode area. Your information is only passed to the solicitor in your area, once you have consented for us to do so.
 
You also have the right to complain to the ICO [www.ico.org.uk] if you feel there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.
